This was an awesome
show. I didn't expect much from it, but i was surprised to see how much effort was put into
it. It's good to see APW going all out in whatever they do.

Mike Modest pinned Nathanial Sweete after a DVD
I arrived after the Modest/Sweete match, so i missed it, but i did get a chance to see the
new Internet title on display at the APW stand. It was very nice!

Bison Smith
vs
James Watkins
The fans were behind Watkins in this one, who
i guess decided he didn't want to call it quits quite yet, and gave his friend Maaock a
call and told him he had the day off. Smith was brutal, he nailed a vicious clothesline
that almost took Watkins' head off! After Smith hit the running powerslam for the victory,
ICEBOX came out of the crowd. He is back! He attacked Smith from behind and then put him
out with a big 400 pound splash! Watkins & ICEBOX left the ring together to the cheers
of the crowd. Smith was helped away by "Mr. 20%" Jason Deadrich.
Winner: Bison Smith ( * * )

Falls Count Anywhere match
"Filthy" Frank Murdoch
vs
"Shoot Daddy" Tony
Jones
This match was announced as a Falls Count Anywhere match at the last minute. Jones &
Murdoch kept int in the ring for a good 6 minutes or so, with some solid mat wrestling
& good suplexes. Murdoch took his infamous bump onto the floor (falling between the
ropes backward) after a Jones belly-to-back suplex. The match spilled outside and went
through the fitness center. Jones grabbed a chair to hit Murdoch, but out of nowhere came
Bally's Fitness Center personal trainer Vinnie Valentino! Vinnie grabbed the chair from
Jones and said "I don't think so!". Nobody knew he worked at Bally's. Valentino
then gave Jones a right hand and Murdoch covered him for the pin. Murdoch was victorious
in his retirement match, capping off a great career.
Winner: Frank Murdoch ( * * * )
After the match, Jones called out Valentino. He said Valentino was only leaving APW
because Jones gave him the whipping of his life at the last APW show. Valentino said he
would love to face Jones anytime, and in front of his friends & co-workers would be as
good a place as any.
So, after a 30 minute break, the Main Event was set Tony Jones vs. Vinnie Valentino...
After the break Cherry Bomb did her fire eating display to the delight of
the crowd, and then the main event was ready...

Vinnie Valentino
vs
"Shoot Daddy" Tony
Jones
A very exciting match, with about twice as many people watching as the other matches,
mainly to see Valentino in action. Everyone was cheering their hearts out for Vinnie. The
match was fast paced & very exciting. Valentino had his boss at ringside with him (Mr.
Bally?) :) Tony Jones hit his belly-to-belly from the top rope & only got a two count.
He then turned his attention to Mr. Bally, but that was the wrong thing to do. Valentino
caught Jones off-guard with a roll-up, and got the three count for the victory. The fans
went wild and Vinnie Valentino was victorious.
