The next Gym Wars event will be on a special night and a special start time. Before All Pro Wrestling heads into Santa Rosa, FRIDAY NIGHT action will be hot and crazy starting at 8 PM with another APW Gym Wars TV Taping. To accommodate people getting of work late and also the heavy traffic at that time of the day, Gym Wars will start at 8pm.

Now signed for Friday, July 9th in Hayward, California at the historic APW Garage is Vennis DeMarco taking on “The British Messiah” Timothy Thatcher!

Both men are looking to get their APW careers back on track going into this contest. DeMarco was close to winning the APW Universal Heavyweight Championship from Jeckles The Jester last month, but that was ruined when “The Boss” Derek Sanders came in and attacked Jeckles. DeMarco has been on a great run in 2010 when hearing the cheers from the APW fans. Finally, DeMarco is living up to that potential that everyone said about him when he debut in 2003. DeMarco wants to be kept in the thick of things in the title picture and a win over a former World Wide Internet Heavyweight Champion will keep him there.

“The British Messiah” Timothy Thatcher came out with only one win the Super Summer Series last month. Many experts and APW fans thought the smart money to win Bracket B was on Timothy Thatcher. 2010 has a been a tough year for Thatcher since losing his APW World Wide Internet Heavyweight title back in January to Dave Dutra. With the second half of 2010 here, Thatcher is looking to go back to his winning ways and first step is Vennis DeMarco.
