On June 20th, the APW fans where left in shock when MPT superkicked his long time friend “The Rock Legend SCUM” Adam Thornstowe and costing him the APW Universal Heavyweight Championship. Many APW fans, APW wrestlers, his good friend Dylan Drake, and more importantly Adam Thornstowe has been asking Why? Why did MPT turn his back on his friend?
MPT quickly left the historic APW Garage that night. Over the last few weeks APW Commissioner, JJ Perez has tried to reach MPT on the phone, but no answer. APW Universal Heavyweight Champion, Dylan Drake who often trained and teamed with MPT could not get a hold of him. The “Golden Voice” Of APW, Marcus Mac contacted MPT via his e-mail for a comment and he did not get a response.
Last night, “Wrestling Personified” Rik Luxury contacted APW and said he wanted to debut his “LUXURY SUITE” Interview segment at GYM WARS on July 18th. Though APW Officials liked the idea of the interview segment for the show, it was declined but left open for the future. Rik Luxury then responded, “Well my first guest already agreed to come onto my show”. When asked who his first guest would be, Luxury simply responded “MPT”.
With everyone trying to corner MPT, and find out why he turned his back on Thornstowe and the APW fans, All Pro Wrestling has agreed to let Rik Luxury do his first ever “LUXURY SUITE” at GYM WARS on Saturday, July 18th. Also, two more names have been added to the “RUMBLES RULES” Match. “The Real Deal” Dan Danielson and “Out Of Control” Matt Carlos have put their names into the hat. Both men are looking to win this difficult and grueling unique Battle Royal type match and get that APW World Wide Internet Heavyweight Title shot at our Gym Wars event on August 15th.
