On Saturday November 8th at the Brentwood Oaks Equestrian Center, approximately 300 tag-team partners showed up to help Nicholas Gordon fight his battle and celebrate his 6th birthday. I can’t say enough about the people involved including Vinnie Massarro, the wrestlers and the many people who contributed including some fellow workers at Clarks Pest Control who along with Vinnie helped organize the live pro wrestling event in trying their best to exterminate the arachnoid cyst.
The event started with some great music by Tracy’s own Christian alternative rock band, SunRising. The band played prior to the pro wrestling event, during intermission and immediately following the pro wrestling event. The pro wrestling event was great in many ways. I thought it was great that Nicholas Gordon kept winning battles all night long. The first battle he won was when he entered the ring and Nicholas proceeded to deliver knockout punches to the opponents of Joe Applebaumer and the Bad Apples and then he joined them in an in-ring celebration. Later, Nicholas returned to the ring when at the end of the Battle Royal, the Bad Apple brothers showed their class by not wanting to wrestle each other and awarding the Battle Royal to Nicholas Gordon who came into the ring with all of his closest friends. What an in-ring celebration this was. There was the successful pro wrestling debuts of “Double D” Dave Dutra and Jody Kristofferson. Double D had a large following at the show as he gave it his all but came up short in his match with Larry Blackwell. Dutra made an impressive debut despite the loss. Later on, son of famous actor Kris Kristofferson, Jody Kristofferson, made his debut against Vinnie Massarro. Vinnie had won the match but fans pointed out that Massaro had a handfull of tights and the ref restarted the match, much to the surprise of Massarro and Kristofferson rolled him up for a pin. Jody’s family was in attendance and you could see by the smiles on their faces, they were very proud of their son. Kris Kristofferson who last appeared as Whistler in Blade with Westley Snipes was very accomodating for autographs and pictures and everyone there seemed to love his presence. Immediately following the wrestling event, APW owner, Roland Alexander presented Nicholas Gordon with his own championship belt to wear on his wrist. At the very end, there were many photo ops with the debuting wrestlers and their respective friends and family.
There were many who contributed to this great cause. You can view all the people Nicholas wants to thank by visiting his website at helpnicholasgordon.com There are many medical costs that continue to mount and are necessary to help Nicholas Gordon fight his battle. Nicholas needs more tag-team partners. Please make your donation to:
THE GORDON FAMILY – Tracy Federal Credit Union – Account #22261 – 951 Central Ave. - Tracy CA – 209.832.6450
We will try to have more pictures from this great event up on the message boards before the week is out…

Nicholas Gordan has found two more tag-team partners to join him for a birthday celebration to raise money for his illness. Jody Kristofferson, son of legendary actor/country performer, Kris Kristofferson, makes his pro debut as does DD (Double D) Dave Dutra. Pro Debuts can be very emotional because the guys have been working very hard for 2 years on their bodies and their in-ring abilities. All Pro Wrestling is very proud of them and so proud they could debut at the pro wrestling event being put on to raise money for Nicholas Gordan. Nicholas still needs more help and more tag-team partners! Nicholas Gordon is wrestling the toughest match anyone can face. His Opponent? Arachnoid Cyst. Nicholas needs as many tag-team partners as possible in the biggest match of his life. Former APW Boot Camp graduate, Vinnie Massarro decided to become Nicholas Gordon’s tag-team partner this coming Saturday but Nicholas needs more tag-team partners. We invite you to come team up with Vinnie, Jody, Dave and Nicholas Gordon for a fund-raiser to help raise money. This money will help Nicholas wrestle his battle with his opponent, Arachnoid Cyst. We all believe Nicholas is a brave young man and he and his tag-team partners can defeat this but your help is needed. Your $10 donation per person is appreciated this Saturday, November 8th from 6 PM to 10 PM. There will be a live pro wrestling show and music at the Brentwood Oaks Equestrian Center in Brentwood. There will also be a Christian alternative rock band playing at the fund-raiser. For those that plan on attending there is more information including directions to the fund-raiser. You can read all about Nicholas and his story at his website www.helpnicholasgordon.com Nicholas also celebrates his birthday this Saturday! From all of us at All Pro Wrestling, HAPPY BIRTHDAY NICHOLAS! For those out of the area that want to make donations, you can mail donations to: The Gordon Family – Tracy Federal Credit Union – 951 Central Avenue – Tracy, CA – Account #22261 All Pro Wrestling will have an announcement on which wrestlers will be participating in this all-important fund-raiser event before the week is out.
